Great series , will watch the movie tomorrow .
I am not sure yet if I am happy about how it ended .

Did anyone spot the Sony Playstation in the final episode ?

I still think the last half of that episode contains some of the best action sequences I've ever seen.

Hopefully they'll keep making movies. A truly great series.:buttrock:

Meh, I don't care for the movie half as much as I do the series. The movie just drags, if you ask me.

I wouldn't mind seeing a series about how Spike and Jet met up, however. I know, prequels are so outdone now....

I agree with you. I was just being optimistic since it's easier to make a movie than to make a whole new series.;)

Yeah, the movie kinda drags... But compared to other anime movies (except for Studio Ghibli films), this one tops the pile...

FLCL was crowned best ever a few months ago.

Cowboybebop is the undisputed second though.

I watch the 6th dvd on a regular basis. Who says just cause things are going smooth now I can't be a bit depressed? I love watching the last 2 episodes in particular.

I used to agree with that, then I saw Naruto and I have begun to question:(
My sis is addicted to that show...

But recently, every new anime I watch I compare with my Cowboy Bebop fixation and end up not liking the anime as much... :( (That's why happened with me watching L/R and Heat-Guy J)...

But I liked Argento Soma so far story-wise and character-wise... There's nuthin' more I like than original and personality-filled characters...

The thing with FLCL is that you either HATE it or LOVE it... I like it but not to the extent of replacing my Cowboy Bebop obsession...

And don't wait for another TV series. I vaguely recall reading an interview with one of the responsible parties and basically the ONLY way to get new Spike and the gang stories is to read the Manga. No plans for another series at this time.

The movie was good, but the series was better :D

The Perfect Sessions Limited Edition DVD Set - Serial No. 1202

Oh yeah, Harp Seal loves his Bebop..:buttrock:

As far as the movie goes, I think Vincent is -almost- as cool a villian as Vicious, and he doesn't even have a crane..
