US NGCD/US AES System(s) Question?

I am just checking this out, but I am pretty sure it does. Does a US NGCD System play JPN CD Games in English? Same with a US AES System playing JPN AES Carts in English? I have heard it depends on the system and not the games as to the language it shows. Just want to make sure this is true.

Yes, just as the AES system is region specific, so is the cd system.. It will play the games in whatever region the system belongs to(US, Jap, etc...) So yes, a US system will play Japanese games in English & a Japanese system will still play US games in Japanese.. Hope this helps!
