All Neo-Geo bosses (fighter or otherwise) are extremely cheap bastards, some more than others. Why the hell are they all like that? Is it Neo-Geo law or something? :confused:

seriously the worst obss ever is in mario 3. Whenever you get to the casle there's that dinosaur guy who sometimes grow wigns and sometimes just makes his arms goin up and down like that guy. remember him?
but
then when you're so close the castle and you lose the ship then it flies away and then you have to fight those hammer bros guys on the map if you didnt clear them yet. but sometimes when you rescue the princess'es dad from the castle, he gives you an anchor so the ship stays in one place. but i never used it ever, cause i thouht it was such a lame fucking item. what a garbage move. mitamoto lost his touch on that item i betc.

Is it actually possible to beat him??, on 2 player mode me and my buddie shave tried so many times it got boring, we can manage to get him down to his skeleton, but by then its just too much.....:blow_top:

Between Mr Big and Willy in Double Dragon, I could have bought a damn Neo Geo Cart with the money I wasted trying to beat them as a kid:p

I think that's as far as we got too, and finally said fuck it. After each of us dropping at least $20 each, it seemed fruitless to go on.

One of the hardest games I think I have ever played is Wardner for Sega Genesis. Not only are the bosses hard, but the entire fucking game is impossible! :(

But I guess "hardest game" is another thread....... ;)

Hmm, Eyedol didn't feel that hard, just very cheap, but then again I only own the SNES version...

The boss I hate the most is Super Akuma (SFA2, SF3:DI, CvS2), his name oughtta just be Cheap Akuma. Not satisfied with giving him a double air fireball (which combos like a mo'fo), Capcom also gave him lightning speed (this guy can walk up to you and throw you before you say "Huh?"), INVINCIBLE moves (they do not have priority, they have invincibility, that's all I'll say... Bastards), super moves that completely drain your life gauge, and more. I think they were trying to get into the SNK spirit when they created him.

Super Rugal is a pansy next to S.Akuma in CvS2, you can actually beat his Genocide Cutter if you time your jumping kick correctly. Really, if I worked for SNK I'd have sued Capcom for ridiculing Mr. Rugal's image in this game... I mean, did you ever wait to watch the ending after beating him? RIDICULOUS!!! FUCKING RIDICULOUS!! I HATE YOU, CAPCOM!!!

I cant believe no one has posted a bad word about Kintaro from MK2......you can only beat him if he allows it or if your kitana.
