Well the prices are not bad considering that many items are NOS, never used and probably in mint near-perfect condition. CPS2 kits and MVS carts in that condition do of course appeal to collectors, who will pay more for them. I don't collect CPS2 stuff due to the suicide batteries, but I'm sure that NOS CPS2 kits are not common at all. As for the MVS kits, the prices are probably fair considering the rarity of some of those games in complete, NOS kit form. The prices of the home cart games are fine too, considering again that this stuff is new and never played . . . and games in that great shape won't be around forever!
