yeah i bought some arcade game manual from him awhile back. he didn't really do too well as far as e-mailing goes.. but the package arrived to me just a few days after the auction ended and he even threw in some sort of crossword puzzle cd-rom in with my item.

I bought a couple of Carts from him before and it all went well.
But recently i bought Martial Masters from him for the PGM and he was godawful it took me 2 weeks to get an e-mail reply from him just to say he'd sent it.
When he did send a reply it was something like "Yes you game has been sent! Does that make you happy now? Please don't bid on anymore of my games"
We ended up exchanging a quite a few e-mails with me basically telling him how a seller should act on ebay!
The most amazing thing was he sent lots of e-mails when we were arguing but when i asked for 1 e-mail just to say my game had been sent out, nothing!
I did eventually get the game and it was fine, if you buy off him expect the wait....

I got fucked the one time I bought from him.
Purchased a Vampire Hunter A+B combo...he emailed me a week and a half after the auction ended to tell me that it wasn't Vampire Hunter but Vampire Saviour 2. Total bullshit. At that point I took the board anyway because I feared the incredible difficulty trying to rip a refund out of this fool. Yeah, he has a lot of shit available at decent prices...just don't expect any semblance of decent service.

Ive bought quite a few MVS carts and assorted PCB's from Bill over the last few years and he always treated me very good.
He has always gotten back to me fairly quickly email wise, I think people "buyers" forget that for some people ebay is a side business and therefore they dont sit and watch it constantly when selling and they arent always around to do so.
His stuff is very used and always needs a good cleaning ,but you will get exactly what was listed , give himatry if he has what you want. Its interesting that Mike at M.D. is pretty slow with email as well ,but we have to remember that they are busy in the real world as operators ,at least Bill is anyway.
