The cubs are in the top of ninth with a 7-2 lead and are about to clinch the division for the first time since '89. Turn on Fox sports net everyone!!!!!!

okay i want the socks and the cubs to be in the series, the socks are in the playoffs; and i pray that they make it to the world series against the cubs. do you know how awesome that'd be?!?! the cubs and the socks, my house would be divided, my momma's a cubs fan, and my stepdad's a socks fan. i'd live to see a battle of the underdogs in which anything could happen; just to see the rietous laughter in boston, or chicago when one of the teams wins and then the rioting in the other city when their team loses, angry irish guys would be all over the place.

I dunno, although I would like to see an undedog WS(Red Socks vs Cubs) I was at all three games vs the Yankees, and I have NEVER seen Wrigley so ELECTRIC, I think a Cubs NY WS would be unbelievable for baseball in general. Most viewers ever for a WS. Did you guys see the NLC cubs hats(i think they are white and black) they look awsome, i'm gunna get one tomorrow.

The Cubs would own the Yankees in a WS, look at the regular season series'. That is if NY can make it an not get swept by the Twins.:loco:
