Are naomi board plug and plug and play like a home sys or do you need a super gun to play them? Do they have carts like the neo mvs? What hardware does SF3 run on??

Sega NAOMI is an arcade hardware so of course you would need a supergun or an arcade cabinet to play the game. NAOMI games run on either a cart or a gd-rom disc (with gd rom add on of course). The cool thing about naomi is that they can output to a regular computer monitor.

Neo-Geo 2 has a site all about Naomi, you should check it out.

Naomi outputs VGA (computer monitor) without any converters.

Street Fighter Zero 3 Upper Is available on Gd rom.

You can directly connect the Naomi VGA video output to a computer monitor, but you still need a supergun-like device to power it, controls, etc., and since it is not JAMMA compatible is a bit complicated (unless you use an I/O board that turns it into JAMMA compatible).

CPS3 has few games, the three SF III, JoJo's and a few more.

CPS3 is a bith of an arcade board to have at home, as it has suicide batteries, you need to load the game, etc.

Get a Dreamcast if you want both a Naomi and a CPS3 at home.

By the way, 1000$ for 5 motherboards and 19 games looks cheap to me, was that bought in a single package?
