MAS systems question

Anyone bought a super nova or Gamecube 12 button controller from them. I was thinking of getting one or both.

I sent them an e-mail about a week ago and they have not replied. Are they usually slow about replying, do they reply at all?

Is the Super Nova worth getting i.e. Is it easy to hook up NEO GEO mvs slots as well as Jamma pcb boards? What would I need a 1, 2 or 4 slot NEO GEO kit, the Super Nova and a Jamma harness to play pcb arcade games?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I got a super pro stick from them. (one of my best puchases EVER) They won't e-mail replies.

The only way to talk to them is to call them directly on the phone. When you do, they are super nice and willing to go the extra mile to make you happy.

No idea about why they ignore mails though.

I bought two sticks from them. I waited until they posted stuff on Ebay. It was very easy, just like any other auction and after you win what you bid on they can then customize it, like what kind of buttons and stuff.

Using their site to email or order seems to be impossible though.

I've never had a problem with them at all concerning emails. Give it a shot, maybe you'll be lucky like me.

That's a superb idea, if you don't need the RGB conversion. We State side bastards don't have RGB input on our TVs and Uberia is done through the UK I believe... in which case no conversion necessary (minus the proper hookup to the TV anyway).

I bought a Super Nova last January? Or was it 2 Januaries ago? Can't remember. They never answer email, but a call in will get you what you need from them. I remember a baby crying in the background when I called... must be nice to work from home

The infamous baby crying in the background. I swear, MAS must also run a day care center, because every time I've called there was a baby crying in the background. Pretty humorous really, because the woman always sounds embarrassed about it.
