Well I know this is a long shot, but would anyone happen to have a extra European Dreamcast game case. I just received a new copy of Rez for my Dreamcast and the case is cracked in quite a few places. Thanks.

Yeah, I don't understand why people like them so much. They are way too difficult to replace.

The easiest way to replace the cover in Europe is to buy a copy of Chu Chu Rocket for around 5 euro. And yes the jewelcases of the eurodc sucks.

Break easily and are difficult to open.

This seems to be a trend, after ordering Headhunter from this same place (special reserve) it came perfect, no broken case.

However I just got REZ from them, and the case was shattered in a number of spots around the top and bottom. A lot of people seem to be getting broken cases, I really wish they would use a box instead of trying to save money by using pad packs, any sort of weight on the bubble packs will crack these cases, because their so fat. Not to mention it has to make the trek from the UK to USA, I'm sure it get's thrown around a bit.

Looks like your odds of getting a broken case from them are 2:1.

Well at least the game was perfect.

I got mine from NCSX, I was really surprised as this is the first time I've EVER gotten a cracked case from them. And, I've been doing buisness with them since 1996.

The problem wih dreamcast cases in general is that they use the same crappy plastic that cd's use and easily cracks especially if not shipped well (and if your game has travel 6000 miles from the UK to California there is a good chance it could be cracked).

Personally, I think the Euro Dreamcast games look cooler in design than the American ones.

Thanksfully, all the newer systems use the DVD style casing which is a lot more durable than the crappy CD cases.

I ordered my Shenmue 2 from therage and one of the corners was cracked. I had never had a problem with them before. I guess it isn't their fault though, seems common.
