AHHH !! I'm geting mad (regarding KoF 94)

OK, maybe you know what comes now ...
This fu**in' a** bi*** Rugal is driving me M-A-D !!! His Kick Upper just suxx for sure, 'cos everytime I make a jump attack, he kicks my a** with about 1/4 of my lifebar

Can anyone tell me a tactic or somethin' like that to beat him ?? The "first version" is pretty easy, I almost win all the time with more than a half lifebar, but the "second" is really really hard ... my best, was a "red" lifebar for him

I'm playing with Kyo on easy, so please tell me if you ever beated him and if yes ... HOW ?? (I've tried it now for over 50 times ...)

I have no advice, but I have a comment.

SNK bosses are a bitch. They're cheap, requiring the player to play cheap also.

you should try to post this in the KOF thread, you might get more responses there.

...or try a search in the 'Gameplay' forums. There are quite a few threads in there dedicated to beating bosses.

Well its easy enough to beat him in the first fight then my advice to you and this is what i do i just sit back and block and wait till he comes right next to me by either walking or running then when hes close enough just quickly hit either a punch or trip button and 80 percent of the time he wont block it on easy and sooner or later by keep doing this you will beat him easy enough

He is most seseptible to joe's hard punch or terry's trip

it is a lame way to do it and at times he might use hiss pecial moves on you for a while but trust me on easy level he will be dumb and keep running towards you and then hes left open for the hit.

It´s easy to beat the second version of Rugal in KOF94,

All you have to do is keep going backwards, sidestepping all his projectible attacks and when he comes near your hit him with a hard low kick.

It´s easier if you choose a characters with a long range hard low kick. Like the AOF team for example.

Patience is the key.

Great Tactic:

Heidern's Helicopter Neck snapper.. get Rugal to throw something at you.. then hit this move.. about three times and he's dead.

Dead simple.

Definitely a trend to many KOF fighters and bosses...defensive play and cheap shot attacks are the best way to beat them. Don't worry about being cheap against them...their middle name is "Cheap" LOL!!!

Yep, its all about letting them come to you. Which can be a major pain in the ass.
