I must say that Aria of sorrow is the best Castlevania game in existance , especially storywise !

Obviously Genya Arikado is Alucard
Yoko Belnades is possibly a decendant of Sylpha Belmades from Castlevania 3

and this game BEGS for a prequel !

in wich you play as Julius Belmont in the year 1999!

I must say that that I have thought that Symphony of the night could not be topped but this game actually came through ...thanks Konami

only thing that sucks is I beat the game with 99.8 percent ...where in gods name was the other 0.2

there are different ones ?

well this is the ending sequence I went through ...I defeated Graham Jones I started changing into Dracula then I was told by Alucard to go to the room where only Dracula could only go ......only place left to go was the area in the Floating Garden with the door that had black magic looking stuff on it that I couldnt enter before . went in there and was in a strange place where all the connecting areas were previous areas of the castle but in lack and white , then I fought 2 strange bosses wich were very easy and then Draculas castle was breaking up and then as I was floating back to earth all of the characters of the game gave Soma a brief thanks , and then Soma an Mina were back at the temple and the eclipse was ending .

how do you get different endings ....does it have anything to do with what souls you posses , I made sure during the ending of the game I had the 3 souls that were described in the 3 ancient books ...because Mina said that Alucard mentioned that the ancient books have the key to defeating Dracula .

Did I get a bad ending ?

These are the souls I used ...

Flame Demon
Giant Bat
Succubus

Did I get the hints wrong ?

George

my second favorite next to symphony of the night.

and Alucard rules :buttrock:

just to let you know, completing the map 100% isn't the only way to enjoy everything in the game. try to collect all the souls and weapons. try this in AoS first and then in SotN. the monster list will help you tracking down undescovered items/weapons and souls.

the 0.2 are propably behind a breakable wall. it can be the one where you have to break the ceiling.

enter a warp room and go to the far eastern warp room (1st from right). exit the room and check the map. you will find a save room to the right. enter the room that is to the left of the save room. there is a beakable ceiling there.

if it's not that room, then you can check a complete map at www.gamefaqs.com . good luck

Hey,

No, you got the best ending. I got that too. The bad ending, I believe, is when you fight Graham w/out those special abilities equipped--the game supposedly ends right after than. I am thinking that Soma becomes the true Dracula--lord of the mansion-- in that ending.

If you get the soul of that foating green eye dude witht the tail (peeping eye?) It will show you where every breakable wall is.

Aria of Sorrow is very good. Symphony of the night is the best.

Nah, in the other ending they just leave the Castle and are all like "Its good to be home, but I still feel the castle drawing me."

THE END

If I remember right, if you die on the way to get the good ending after you fight Grahm, then you become the Lord of the castle and it shows the Belmont (why cant I remember his name?) coming in to kill you.
