It goes on sale in Japan on 11/06/2003 (here's an earlier thread on the topic), and you can order it from my online shop, Hoteiya Las Vegas. The Guilty Gear XX # Reload soundtrack goes on sale the same day.

Chris, do you have an actual store in Vegas or just online? Next time I'm in Nevada if I get out to Vegas I'd like to check it out.

Currently, there's no physical shop -- we're online only. Ultimately, we'd like to open a physical shop, but before that happens we need to build a good, solid foundation of regular online customers. Next time you're out this way, be sure to PM in advance and we'll see if we can't work up a get-together among the local NEO fans to coincide with your visit.
