I know there was a second run for the japanese home cart. so what are the differences to the 1st one ? and was there a second run for the english version ?

Don't know the differences between the 1st and 2nd run JPN carts, but there was only 1 US run of 500 for Metal Slug 3.

The first run of Metal Slug 3 has a gold warning sticker on the cart, the second run doesn't. A page in the manual is also different in the second run.
