the last episode of raiden is a true masterpiece for all the vertical shooter fans. The only problem is that you must have a jamma to play it. I have already found it at my arcade shop for a reasonable price, so it would be a good way to enter the arcade world.

your right, what kinda borad is it i dont know much about arcade stuff so other then a cab and a monitor (or supergun) what else would i need to play it?

I would choose a supergun for the place and the shipping charge. The cab can be choose but the jamma carts are more hard to change (you must open the cab).

well i plan on buying an MVS cab over the summer any how. so would the board fit in there since raiden only uses 4 buttons (fire, bomb, 1p 2p start)

PBC, Raiden is a Vertical game which means that it runs on a monitor that is turned on it's side. MVS cabs run Horizontal games. If you plug Raiden into your MVS cab, it is going to play sideways. When you push the joystick up, you will go right. when you push the joystick left, you will go up. You need a dedicated vertical Jamma cab to play Raiden.
