I know ebay wont allow you to plagerize (sp?) someone else's work for an auction so I would suggest going to them first.

The seller is Gametrader in Kenner, if I am not mistaken one of our beloved members here works for that store.

edit: forget it, I shouldn't be trolling anyway.

I have to make a note not to reply to these kinds of threads.

That link DanAdamKOF posted should be all you need. Click where is says
"Report another member who is using your text or images without your permission"

You should probably also give them a link to your review.

Reported. Now the real test: Can/will they do anything with a third-party site? Somehow I doubt it.

I thought the same thing, that's why I left a lame troll post in the begining.

Its just more fun to be an asshole then to say what your thinking.

I would have been proud if he didn't steal it; that is, make it look original. Well, at least he changed one word....

Anyway the auction has been taken down:

I know the feeling, a certain seller on Ebay uses my reviews a LOT in his auctions. This is fine with me and I'm happy he finds them useful, but after the work I put into them a little credit at the bottom of the auction wouldn't be asking too much. I'm always happy to help people, I just don't like people passing off my work as their own etc.

I'll probably email the seller at some point and ask him about it... better to try and resolve these situations with the seller first, and then go to Ebay if they still won't change it.
