Street Fighter 2 for Sega Master System

i think you all know there is a Sega Master System Version from Street Fighter 2 that only was released in brazil.
now my question:
was this game a official Port with license from capcom or is this version a hack/pirate Job?

I wrote 4 months ago a e-mail to capcom with this question but never get a answer

Many of those games that come out of Brazil for the SMS are hack jobs. But it's sooo cool that they are still suporting the system.

I wouldnt say it was entirly a dodgy job, Techtoy were the official distributor for Sega in Brazil, wether they had an official licence to publish the game is another story........

Good version though.

hmm, but if it's really unofficial why the game stands in the Master System list on gamefaqs.com ? I think they have only offical Versions on their page?

The Virtua Fighter on there is alot better than the SF game.

No they have hacks. They have a FAQ for Street Fighter 2 Rainbow edition. Which was a hack

also it seems the Master System Version is a hack, but what i don't understand, why pay people 40.00-110.00 Dollars on ebay.com for a hack ? *confused*

Its not really hack.

Its an unliscensed game released in Brazil.

Its just a rare game is all, even if Sega never endorsed it.
