There have been lots of doubts about Infinium Labs and their upcoming home console dubbed the Phantom, but this article here makes it look like nothing more than one giant scam to get uninformed investors' moolah.

Quite a few interesting tidbits there regarding the company, its CEO (who's been the CEO of 8 companys in eight years, all of which were bought out or completely folded), and the console itself.
So far from what that site has said, it looks like a total complete scam. There is no home office. At all. Just a PO Box. The listed address on the site points to a small strip mall and a room empty except for a single desk and telephone. Also, the CEO, who has had eight failed ventures as a CEO for other companies, and also used to work at WorldCom (that's a huge "uh-oh" sign right there), appears to get angry when anyone questions what's going on, flaunting the supposed fact that he lives at a "3,000,000 dollar home". One would assume someone with that kind of money could at least afford a home office.
They've also produced nothing more than a 3D model of the console. Not a single bit of physical evidence that it even exists has been presented, and Infinium has pulled out of all events where it was supposed to be unvieled.
It should also be noted that in a bit of symbolism, the first person booted off the new Survivor show is an executive at Infinium Labs (or Infinium PO Box rather).
