Yes they can, but more than likely.......it is not even worth the effort.

Conversions are primarily made because a game is either rare and expensive or because the game was not released for the Home Cart System.

This game will be readily available in Japanese and English Release with genuine artwork, manuels and any extras thrown in for free.:cool:

Yes i do own that cart, it was from japhei for compensation from a previous deal, so no money traded. Also from what i see it plays fine on the first revision phantom-1, no problems i've seen so far, sound is good, graphics is good, but its a boot and not official :(

I don't like the use of windowed EPROMS.

Crouching Tiger looks much nicer inside. ;)

Hmmm, simple bootleg layout. It could be made cleaner, but what's the point. I want to see SNKP answer this with their own release, but I doubt it will happen. Ahhhh well,
