Try KOF Cyberfanatics.
They have plenty of nice videos... sort of annoying to go through file planet to get them, but wait times to download the videos are zero, even on the non-paying-member servers (or, at least, they always have been for me).

i cant seem to down load any of the vids they say i have to subscribe for $6.95 a month

No, no... you don't. I downloaded the files, and there's little chance that Fileplanet is going to see a nickel from me, much less $6.95 a month.
When you get to the Fileplanet webpage, wait for it to load up entirely. It'll show you a list of servers. The top servers are for subscribers.
Forget about them.
Scroll down a touch to where it says "Free Public Servers." Click on one of those, let the file download, grab your beverage of choice, kick back and enjoy.

OMG, what have I been doing with LB2?? I didn't know that the combo system was that deep! I only get like 10 hits max. I didnt realize that there were more than 1 suppers for people as well. I wish I could play with someone who could woop my ass so I could learn something, but all my friends, just cant play fighters as well as I can. I guess I'll just have to read some faq's and try to figure it out for my self. I dont even want to watch the MotW video now!
