You can buy the Matrimelee OST from Noise Factory's website, and you can get the Power Instinct 2 OST from Ebay.

Stay away from the Power Instinct 1 OST (assuming one exists) though. Its pure crap (seeing as how the music in the game consisted of crappy 5 second bits repeated ad nauseum).

They are the official distributors for everyone outside of Japan. You can also pick up the Matrimelee and Metal Slug 3 OSTs from them as well. :D

Ebay is your only choice for Power Instinct, I'm guessing.
