Snatcher Oddity

I saw listed somewhere that using the Load ID file on the Jordan system and entering KONAMI fixes the scenes that were edited in some way in the American version. Has anyone tried this or can anyone confirm it? Apparently you hear a little jingle or something when you do it.

I know when you are out on the town square or what ever you call it (sorry havnt played that game in years) Konami's Phone number will pop up on the big screen. Write it down and use metal gear to call them and then you get a jingle.

It doesn't do anything, I've played the game tons of times with and without the Konami code (actually the first time I ever played the game, so many years ago... I did the code and didn't know what it did... I messed with Jordan for hours).

The thing I love about Snatcher is that it feels like it is a living breathing world. It feels like it was there before you, and it will be there after you. There is history, places to call, people to visit... noodles to eat... fortunes to be told. The hidden stuff in Snatcher in HUGE!

A interesting thing I disovered a few months back about Snatcher is that if you put Hideo Kojimas name in Jordan you get a message from him .

wow, that was cool

You can look up nearly all the names of the development staff in Jordan. Some of them you can even call. There's a fair amount if little hidden phone numbers in the game too.
