ebay help

hi i was bidding on this item http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3046672665&category=49238&rd=1

an i lost but then i received a email stating a second chance offer from ebay an the seller. so i went ahead an bought it but when i checked his feed back it shows it was him that outbid himself. now the startin bid was 50.00 bucks an no one was bidding on it but at the last minute im guessin he thought it would sell for more so he bid thinking that i was goin to bid an i didnt so he lost. thats when i got the email form ebay stating that he has offered a second chance becouse the buyer did not complete the transaction the email looked very legit so i just want to hear you guys opinion on this thanks

Tell the guy to get stuffed. If he's pulling crap like you've already discovered, who knows what other kinds of problems you'll have with the items you'll be getting.

BTW, Kao_Pai, I got Strikers 1945 Part II and left you positive feedback. Thanks for posting me some pos. FB as well. It was a pleasure dealing, S1945II is pretty nice!
