I think he's dumping the NGF converted carts that he bought, that's all. Shawn also sold converted carts by !Arcade! including Strikers 1945 Plus and currently Ganryu. Personally I'd never buy that CT cart, or any cart by "NGF" . . .

Shawn did heavily deal with NGF until more or less a year ago when they finally screwed him for the last time (a lesson many, including myself, thinks he should have learned a lot earlier). Thus he still has leftover stock. At least he marks its as such. I depise all converted carts, !Arcade!'s included.
