Question on KOF 2001 USA version (Shawn's or NCSX's?)

Is there a difference between these two carts in terms of picture and manual? I mean, there are supposedly 500 of these, does Shawn have all 500 of them from Apple Photo Systems like last time? Is it different than this ASIAN/ENGLISH one? Is the ASIAN/ENGLISH one the Korean vesion like SS4 was? Someone must know, because there will be more than 500 KOF 2001s out there.
