Can someone offer advice on my next step, the seller will not accept my offer, order is still pending, I have plenty of money in the account, so this is not a problem at my side.

I have sent e-mails to the seller, as yet he has not responded, the payment was through PayPal.

is that your first purchase through ebay? i'd say, that it's pretty normal, that it can take a while, until the seller answers his mails.

the package itself and the sellers feedback are looking good to me.
