DO not hesitate to buy from carlson (16-bit). The only thing is that you need to email him first as his Neo section hasn't been updated in a while. He lists controllers for sale, but doesn't actually have any in stock at the moment.

I've purchased from him on several occassions and have not been disappointed yet!
