I just happened to think about doing a patent search on SNK:

You might want to fix the link theres a space after the A when it cuts off, but I got it after a couple tries.

Anyway it looks like a sit-down Candy style cab am I missing anything else besides the fact that it would've been in the US.

The first link has a bunch of patents for the NGPC and others. Just thought it would be of interest.
