I've just been looking through the MVS price guide and there seems to be quite a difference between the prices of US and Jap carts.
Why?
The list says that it's based on loose carts, so surely the only difference between US & Jap releases is the lables. How can a lable make a difference of $40 per cart in some cases? Have I missed something?
