Apart from the new Playmore design my vote goes to World Heroes Perfect:

- only snaplock spine that has SNK and ADK
- only snaplock spine with white SNK logo
- only US AES spine with "SNK Corporation of America" on it
- Megs box number (226) is the thinnest font of all Megs Boxes

Ah yes ... I`m a little bored so I think of useless threads like this now. loco

For me it's Galaxy Fight, simply because as far as I can remember it is the only english game with the gray borders/spine that does NOT have the game logo on the spine but instead just plain text. It also contains an odd font on the meg count box much like WHP.

Also, WHP wasn't the only game to use white SNK. Other games like aero fighters 2, viewpoint, and quite a few more did too. Ninja Commando contains the SNK and ADK logo on the spine as well.

edit: I guess stakes winner also uses a plain font on the spine

You`re right about Galaxy Fight using plain text instead of the games logo. Also funny: Galaxy Fight is the only oldstyle box US title that does not have the classic gray on the back of the insert (blue space design).

Looking at my spines there are at least a dozen different fonts used for the meg count - SNK and uniformity ...

About the white/blue SNK logo: It changed from white to blue when the boxes changed from oldstyle to snaplock. The only exceptions are:

WH Perfect (only white SNK logo on a snap game)
Street Hoop (blue)
Double Dragon (blue)
Galaxy Fight (blue)

Sengoku 3, Metal Slug X and Last Blade 2.

They have all the SNK logo uncentered. That really sucks. Specially on Metal Slug X, wich there is plenty of room to place the logo correctly on the proper place.

Yep - thing with MSX is, it came right after LB2 so the insert designer just switched the games logo on the spine and forgot/didn`t care/wasn`t aware of other important things like a misplaced SNK logo and red beat`em up stripe. That was truly some major foolishness at the time. loco

hmmm... Well I agree with MotW and the only other one that stands out in my mind is the US Stakes Winner cart just because the meg count is under 100 and it's in a snap-lock style case.
