I met you at E3 (and show tidbits)

To all the guys I met at E3: You guys rock. It was great getting to talk to fellow Neo fans in the middle of the attempted re-birth of the company. This was my 6th E3, but was the best.

Cool things I noticed/heard at the booth:

-LOTS of hot looking chicks were at the booth. Not show girls, but REAL SNK gamer chicks. Kudos ladies.

-SvsC looked to play like a hybrid of Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo and KOF 96. (there is a god)

-SvsC has all new sprites for everyone, but are very similar to the originals on SNK's side. Ryo has never looked better.

-I was told by SNK USA's president (Bill Herman) that the idea of a KOF collection 94-2000 was being kicked around by them for the new consoles.

-SNK's free KOF 02 posters they were giving away never lasted more than 5 minutes after the box was opened.

-When I asked SNK Japan's Sales director (Shinya Morishita) about online play in future titles, he said they are working on that now in Japan.

-When I asked about stateside ports of Matrimelee and ROTD I was told that action rests on how well the KOF ports go.

There's some bits that no one's really spoken on so far. Was a great show! I hope we can meet again next year.

T'was a sincere pleasure, Cynn. T'is nice to know that there's someone else that shares (at the very least, in part) my views on the 3D Fighting/button mashing syndrome that effects some "gamers" out there. That, and my ignorance regarding some earlier non-Samurai Shodown SNK franchises!

That, and Clash.cc piqued my interest... almost to the point of confusion spock

Regardless, it was all good. And here's to helping SNK NeoGeoUSA meet it's state-side sales goals!

just another asked E3 question was how much will the SNK vs Capcom MVS kit cost? I asked Ben Herman at the show and he said the kit will not cost anymore then any of the other new kits. So expect a price around 450/500 same as matrimelee. Anyway again it was nice to meet everyone

With Matrimelee and SvC I'm gonna go chapter 11! lol Again, cool meeting all, and let's do it again next year!
