Scam???

I would like the opinions of the members for neo-geo.com. I recently bought a game from a member of neo-geo.com. I paid with paypal ($150) for a mvs cart on the 5-7-03 and have still not received the game. I bought it from a member with a low member number. At this point I do not wish to name him incase there is a mix up. I have sent him two to three emails with no reply. Plus I noticed that he was on the forums earlier so I sent him a pm. He promptly left the board. So what do you think?

Its hard to say. It looks like it has only been about a week. I guess keep on trying to contact him and if things proceed the way they have been take some sort of action. Right now it seems too early.

Thanks for the info. He just got back to me said it will be shipped out tomorrow.
