Well, the first thing to understand about this forum is that it's mostly populated by collectors and serious gamers. Talk about emulators and ROMS generally goes unappreciated. It's a great place to ask questions about where to buy arcade hardware, how to fix it, and how much it should cost.
So, If you like the neo-geo, and you want to be a part of a community of collectors and gamers who enjoy the real hardware on many different levels, then you're probably in the right place.
I got into this board when I got my first neo-geo. It was my third arcade machine, and I didn't really know what games were available for it. This site has been an endless resource for my collecting and hardware questions since then.
So, I hope that gives you an idea of what goes on here. There's some Drama, and some jerks, but for the most part it's just a great place to share knowlege and interest.
