Serial number too low for the Phantom convertor???

I recently acquired a Neo and when i got it the serial # is 23176. My question is if my model of Neo is too old to work with the Phantom convertor because I want to buy some MVS games down the road. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The truth of the matter is that it isn't your serial numbers that matter.

The only thing that matters is the condition of your cart slots seeing as the Phantom1 is a bit picky on it and older systems tend to have cart slots which are worn out.
