Seems to me that he used the MVS cart boards/roms to make some AES conversions. These are the types of games that are usually made into AES conversions.

What a damn shame...those MVS carts have pretty decent labels. I wish these conversion makers utilized crappier MVS carts to ruin. 
I can't tell you how hard its getting to find a Metal Slug 1 MVS cart WITH serial #'s intact these days! very_ang

No kidding , all the Slug 1 carts I ever find have replacment labells on them ,including the one I own. I dont care too much just so long as it works ,I think the origional MVS carts with no serials { as in they were not printed on the label at all } are a bit more cool than the ones with them.Freelancer:
