To make it easy to explain, because I'm lazy... <IMG SRC="smilies/rolleyes.gif" border="0"> , I'll tell you to do this:

Go to post reply or something or other and click the image button.

This pretty much lets you enter the URL of a picture you want.

Now copy what you see from this and just paste it in your profile.

Simple enough.
