What is this "chat room"

can some one plaese tell me what this "chat room" is that you all talk about. I keep seing you guys say "come to chat" and I am confused. just what is a chat room and how do i get there.

Use an irc cliet and connect to that server. Room is #neo-geo. I recommend mirc for the irc client. have some fun uncensored style.

Heh I very rarely go to chat rooms anyways. Just wondering where the hell they were. Thanks for showing the way though.

Also don't assume me for another guy. It's stupid to be posting in two usernames which I don't have. They're is only one me and that's Yushiro.
