Hello folks... Can someone explain me something more about the 'dog tag' version of a cart? I'm collecting US carts, a dog tag version of a US cart is the same of a normal US cart or what?! Thanks all!

First U.S. releases had a dog pictured on the top of the spine instead of the Neo-Geo logo.
Euro carts always had the Neo logo, so if you find a Dog Tag cart it's a U.S. one.
Later, U.S. releases adopted the Neo logo...

Oops, almost forgot... in my opinion Dog Tag carts are horrible, you'd better stick with the Euro ones...

To add to Brandi's description:

the "Dog Tag" concept was SNK USA's attempt at a "seal of quality" (something that Nintendo and Sega had used for their systems).

The Tag had SNK's adopted rabid dog and said: "Bigger, Badder, Better"

Unfortunately, it was a very dated design that didn't age well (although I admit it was neat at the time). SNK USA wasn't the best in the art department: Fatal Fury US proves that <IMG SRC="smilies/rolleyes.gif" border="0">
