I want to know: what video game stores (online, local, or otherwise) have given you such good service, that you shop there on a continuous basis? For me, that'd be Games Express, located at http://www.gexpress.com . They've always had great prices, and I usually get the stuff I've ordered in 2-3 days. What other places do you guys like a ton?

Like Leona said Tronix is great. Their customer service can't be beat. Good prices and fast shipping. And the guy that runs the place, Joe is one very cool guy. Cool ass New York accent too, heheh.

Since it has not been said yet gamestop and PLEASE DO NOT THROW STONES AT ME Buyrite--Seriously do not go here. It is pretty bad. They don't even have prices on their list. They say call for the price so they can pick a price out of thin air and you have to go throw several voice messages before you get an actual live person on the line. TERRIBLE.

NCS isn't always the best place to go in terms of prices, but if you want it as soon as it comes out (and shipped to you pronto), and you don't mind paying premium, no one else even comes close.

NCS is outstanding, I consistently order from them. EBgames has been fine as well, and believe it or not, www.buy.com has insanely fast shipping and excellent prices . . . but of course, no imports.

And for MVS carts or pcbs, Cosmicco in Hong Kong can't be beat . . . although the shipping cost can be a bit high. Pool your order with other peole, and it spreads out shipping/wire fees . . . great arcade seller!!

They used to have really sweet Saturn games (US and JPN) for cheap until somebody brought them all...

edit: hmmmm, nevermind... the site is now out of business... hmmm....

BTW, hey Ben, how many times have you dealt with that website you promoted? How reliable are they?

Games Express is actually quite reliable. They have great prices on many of their games (I got both Street Fighter Alpha 3 and KOF 99 Evolution for Dreamcast for $18 and $28), and they've got fast shipping. They also have a ton of anime DVDs and artbooks. The only downside is that all sales are final, but that hasn't been a problem for me, since every time I ordered from them, the goods would arrive in great shape. I've been dealing with them since March 2000, so you know that they must be doing something right. Give them a shot. Also, if you look hard enough, you can find some Neo-Geo CD games.

If you want domestic Dreamcast games, go to Best Buy.

They're selling their games at dirt cheap prices because they want to make room for the XBox... come to think of it, I don't think I even saw a Gamecube display there...
