Has anybody tried the inverse of normal conversions?

I don't see why they would want to.

Well, maybe arcade operators would want to do this for newer games like KoF2K1, where the game is $1600 on MVS vs $300 on cart.

Any comments?

Typically there is no reason to do this as the price of the MVS cart drops well under the price for the home version after the home release. I can not think in any instance in recent years when this might have been something worthwhile.....
