Question about Jap and American Carts

well, i am finally joining the neo-owning community.
i purchased a JAP AES system yesterday from the neo-store and i am on cloud nine as i wait for it to arrive.
i also got a jap. FFS- that game i played in the arcades for ages around a decade ago and i've always wanted it- i just never thought i'd have a fuckin' neo.
seriously- since i was 11, i've wanted this system- half my fucking life.
i don't evn know what i'm gonna' do when i get it, besides obviously play the fuck out of FFS.
my question is this- since my system is JAP., do i still have to purchase JAP. carts to get the uncensored games, or will a JAP. system play games uncensored anyway, be they american or not.
it is a good day.
i've waited SO fucking long to get one of these babies and now (albeit, amidst a sea of controversy and tension regarding the neo-store/shawn's pricing- personally- i got not problem with it, but then again- i'm just floating over my purchase) it's just a matter of days.
expect all kinds of crazy HOLY SHIT I FINALLY GOT IT- I CALLED IN TO WORK JUST TO STAY HOME AND PLAY type posts when i receive the AES.
but then again, it's shit like that that keeps this system going, even after the demise of SNK.
this site (and the neo-community in general) is dependant on people continuallly supporting the neo, with purchases and true enthusiasm.
anyway, i'm WAY off topic and ranting, but i am just so fucking happy to have finally purchased this little bastard and there's probably no other place where my enthusiasm could be as understood or appreciated than here, or any great neo-site.

well you don't need to buy jpn games to have them uncensored cause your system is japanese so you can buy us or jpn games it will be the same thing.
now the only thing you have to do is to be VERY patient since your system arrives and after that ,enjoy <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Wow man I know how you feel last week I bought a used cab and about 7 MVS carts, now in a few days my 4-slot pcb should arive and I can't wait to play! in fact I've allready requested off the week of Thanksgiving so that I may thank the Neo gods and do some serious playing! <IMG SRC="smilies/drool.gif" border="0">

The AES system will play any AES game US or Jap, However Unless the game itself has an language option the game will play in the systems language. or you could install a bios chip. see the neo store and faq on those.

where is the FAQ on that chip- i couldn't find one. how hard is it to install?
how technical does it get? (i suck with shit like that, but if it's a fairly simple procedure, i'll do it).
