Now that KOF2001 is out; and only 500 copies [apparently]...I want it. I have a feeling it's going to be rare and supa hard to come by.

I have about 700 Dollars lying around from Xmas and such...My main problem is, i dont own a cart system yet!!!

So...I could purchase the snack, er game; and wait on the system. Or Purchase them both, and shell out more money than i'm willing.

Anyone have any advice?

You do know that the game doesn't come to a home system until March. It's not out just yet, so don't sweat it.

Best approach would be to buy an MVS cabinet ($300-$400, maybe even less) and start picking up MVS carts cheap. KOF2K1 of course would be much too expensive in the beginning, but you can focus on the older KOF games and all the other great ones like Metal Slug (about $50), Shock Troopers, the Samurai Shodown series, the Last Blade games, etc. Later on you can pick up KOF2K1 MVS for a decent price.

The alternative is to get a home cart system (about $200-$250) and then start dropping a LOT of money on the games, but your money won't go nearly as far that way. Its entirely up to you . . .
