Man, not since Guilty Gear XX have I been this excited over a 2-D fighter (I guess last Dec really isn't that long ago). I see this as a new age for the Neo, and the introduction to some fantastic artwork!

im with ya on that. i can't wait to get my hands on it myself. as long as they keep up a good roster im all for it.

Yeah, it makes me sick that people are already bitching and moaning about this game, when they've seen 3 minutes of grainy video footage. It's like, COME ON people! We should be happy SNK even MADE this for the neo - they could have made it stand alone, for a diff system, WHO KNOWS!

I'm totally relieved. It looks just like what I would expect a 2003 SNK vs. Capcom game on Neo harware to look. Very serious and kind of like a cross between the SF2 series and the KOF series.

It makes me wonder what CPS2 games would look like if the kept using that harware like they keep using the Neo.

At first I though I would have liked to see it on more advanced harware. Now that I see it, I was wrong. This is the way it should be, it is a tribute to the rich history of the franchises. Not the the experimental CvS series. That should have been CPS all the way.

The only thing to hope for now is that it becomes a series. They are obviously starting with something good. What will happen when they refine it and add different characters?!!! (Oh no, the same day I finally see SVC video and I'm looking for the sequel GGRRAAHHH!!!!)

I would hate to think the developers are going to go into this with "series" in mind. I want them to expend all their good ideas in this game. It has taken long enough for it to arrive, dammit, and I want it to be POLISHED.
