Possible scam.....help!!!

Monday I saw a guy selling a neo AES on Ebay it included two controllers, one Oldstyle and the other was a Hori Stick. I really want another Hori Stick so mailed him and offer. He said yes, so yesterday I paypaled him the money and he took the Hori Stick off the listing. He was really helpful and overnighted the Hori Stick. This morning I get it and plug it in straight away to test........C and D buttons don't work!

I've mailed the fella telling him the problem this morning so I'll see what he says. What can I do if he jacks (ignores) me off?

Just got a mail nice and quick. Fella says he diddn't test before sent and is seeing if he can get hold of another one for replacment.

This could end well. I think I was just a little frustrated this morning...

can you replace the buttons?

if so maybe he will spring for replacement buttons?
