Maybe it was just me, but I was expecting a bigger turnout. Meeting Cynn and another member (whose name I forget at the moment- if you're reading, please refresh my memory) was awesome, but based on previous posts, there MUST have been some other cats there too.

Maybe on Thursday? 1PM? 1:30? With a limousine-quality piece of white cardboard that says "Neo-Geo.com"?

I was there, met Lemonflav and SamauriX. Vinh stopped by and we chatted with SNK employees... I thought that was it? SamX was looking for people, but I think he was having a hard time figuring out who was who... There were a lot of non-SNK people there gawking as well... pretty busy booth all and all!

I talked to Lemonflav and SamuraiX tonight and they said they didn't know you were there. Guess people should've worn a special hat or something :D

If it makes you feel better, at a past e3 me and Nruva screwed up a meet-up :p

I was there. I was wearing the black and red backpack with black hat. But I didn't meet anyone. Oh well.

Well, for the sake of identification, I just might wear a Fez tomorrow. Pay homage to Attaturk or something.

However, now that I think of it, I didn't really make any concerted effort at all. Regardless, it's all gravy. T'was good to see (at least a semblence of) SNK back in the publishing and developing saddle again.

But still- t'would have been nice!

And after the day's events, I've come to the painful realization that an AES game alone can spur the search for a paying job. The terrorists have already won...

It was me, and it was cool meeting another member of the boards. Plus, now my voice is immortalized with your videos of the game, and that's pretty sweet. buttrock

Man, I can't wait to see more! I'll look for you again today.

OK. No fez today. But maybe a blue beret/derby/whatever it's called. Think old English chimney sweep hat. Blond beard. And it good stuff.

No, I'm not a Turk. That was just an off-hand comment for anybody thats keen on Ottoman history.

The irony there was that Attaturk, upon his post-Armenian Genocide affairs, made his mark in Turkish culture by abolishing all things "old-school" of Turkish culture- including the Fez.

Light-hearted jab on the fellow? Probably. But light hearted it was.
