Anyone ever buy from hit-japan on ebay?

My friend bought me a KOF99 cart from hit-japan on ebay, and paid quickly for it using paypal.

Other than the auto-messages, we received not a single e-mail, seller won't answer any emails sent to him, and the KOF99 is again up on another auction. (we don't know if it's an extra copy or not).

Any ideas? :-(

Interesting. I paid this same seller for Football Frenzy NGCD and it has never arrived. He only answers my emails as, "sorry, it went out"... I tried to ask him to please verify my shipping address, etc.. but he never answers. He claims it went out on June 4, but never has arrived.

it seems he's a good rip off artist.

In saying that if you paid for EMS 3 weeks ago then that sucks.

He does have pretty good feedback though.

I had a bad experience with him once - everything was shipped out quick enough, but he wants to be fucking ashamed of himself for sending me a kof94 in such shit condition when he claimed it was a 'B' under his wonderful grading system blow_top

shouldn't really complain too much though I guess, at least I got the game.

I paid him via paypal, with EMS, for
a boxed aes and samurai spirits. Now, his
description said 4-20 days for delivery; so
when the things didn't come in 25 days, I email
and he reaplied that he forgot to send the.
HE FORGOT!! Anyway, the things arrived 3 days
after that. When I get them, guess what,
instead of ss1, he sent ss2. And the hardware;
since this was my first neo, I had no other
game to test it with. ss2 played fine, but
a month letter when I bought wh and wh2j,
I found out that some garphics didn't
show on the tv, just does black sillohuetes.
I first I thought it was the games, but
when I bought aonther aes, and they work
just fine, I realized the crap I got.
OH WELL!! Too late.

Bavari or Hit-japan, he is now called, and he does use that same pic for each game. Well, I didn't really have any problem with him. Even tho, he was a little bit slow responding to e-mails, but I kinda understand that, because he has so many things on Ebay for sale. I think he has a store in Japan, so, I kinda understand that, because he's probably busy. I bought an AOF2 home cart from him and it came in about 10 business days, which is understandable because it is coming the other side of the world. So, it'll probably take a good while for a game from Japan to reach US or wherever the buyer is at.

I was gonna order a last blade one of him but xtoo_short20x said he order off him once and it took like 2 months for the item to arrive after xtoo_short20x emailed him lots about the item, and suggested that I find a different seller if possible an by the sound of it, I wa smart to lisen. After ordering off BUY_RITE(I know they suck but at the time I didn't know they did ) i make sure to do a check on where I'm buying from.

THe SYSTEM and games got to me in 3-5 days all the way from Japan to Canada. Item where all in great shape. HE shipped basically the next day after I payed for the item.

I just won a BOXED old style joystick off him payed for it yesterday, tonite he sent me the EMS tracking Number and if i get this Item from him boxed and in the shape i order it from, I am definitely gonna keep ordering off him when i can.

feedback when he receives payment, as a seller,
he'll not do it until you do it first. That way,
he'll be sure to leave you negative feedback,
if you do the same, even if he was a dick and
you did everything by the book.

ebay with him, I could't afford to
leave the feedback he deserved.
