Price guide for AES home carts is now up to date.
Many prices were already in keeping with current market prices, where we can see,as usual, japanese carts being cheaper compared to US counterparts, rare games wise of course.

Kizuna encounter was updated with real information about the price paid by member "Chamane".

If you have suggestions, feel free to email or reply here to discuss them.

11K - I hope they got to Donkey Punch Jessica Alba to go along with the purchase of that cart.

With the MVS carts being the exact same program, you mean to tell me that someone essentially paid $10,950 for a box and manual? I can't even find the words...

I've always suggested to clearly state in each price guide when was it last updated. In the front page it says:

05/10/03 AES PRICE GUIDE current market prices for all home carts
05/18/03 MVS PRICE GUIDE current market prices for all mvs carts
05/15/03 CD PRICE GUIDE reference prices for neo cd games

So it isn't updated on the updates yet... loco

Anyway, I thought the * and 2 in the kizuna entry were referencing something...?

I actually mentioned something like that, and I was told that I "lacked the collector's point of view"... Well, I say some other people lack common sense... oh_no

Collector or not, spending that much money on a game that you can get on MVS for less than $100 is just completely stupid. I don't care how rare it is. I wish I had that kind of money to waste on video games. Just think, whoever sold that game can get a CAR with the money he just made. Anyone who thinks that was a decent purchase needs to get out more...IT'S A F***ING VIDEO GAME!

I just wonder why Ultimate 11 have its price higher.

If ONE SALE does not make relevance for an eventual update, why Ultimate 11 Is updated without any ?

Just curious... tickled

Rut Roh Raggy. I can already hear the calling for the elitist bastard collectors to come out of the wood work and try to tear this apart.

Last confirmed sale of an original U 11 cart was more than one years ago and was for around $4000.

Makes more sence!

Simone, why don't you state that like you did for Kizuna ? YEah, we're talkin about the second rarest game on the Neo Geo!

If it's so rare as KE, it should have the same threatment ! buttrock

For 11,000 I could complete out every collection I have for every other system I own twice over, get an MVS setup, and damn near complete that collection as well.

I wanna talk to the guy who spent that much money on KE shame

It lists the 11 K as "One sold", Its not stating that the direct value is 11 K. I think its meant as a stab in the dark.

If more appear, price will obviously drop. I think U11 is rarer personally.

Sorry, I wasn't here in January. I don't mean to bring out an old argument. It just really shocked me to see that. In fact, it still shocks me...
