I just dont get something here.

Why was Samhain banned and EvilWasabi not?

Evilwasabi sent some very personal info about Samhain to various friends (ask g.a or tonk) a month back tryin to degrade him over some bullshit flaming.

Now he posts it up again and the one who get banned is Sam?

Look im sick of this shit. Everyone talkin shit about sam like a bunch of retards when ya dont know him.

I know him for 7 years, talk to him everyday, love his kid (Im Uncle ill), talk to his kid and send em games, movies and mad other shit.

Dont foul my bro.

I agree, I think the mods have been doing a pretty good job cleaning house, especially with the custom ranks and sigs.

It's interesting though, in most of the recent cases the people who got banned seemed to actually go out of their way to get banned:

X-death by spamming the same thread every two minutes or so...

FWFSS by posting incredibly racist comments...

Samhain by threatening people...

I remember on CyberCrime a kid was joking around with death threats and then a little while later police went to his house and the kid got jail time. I think he was around 16 or so.

I didn't actually see SAMHAIN's death threat, but if something like this arises, it has to be taken very seriously.

Samhain was never officially unbanned by Shawn. He was okay with tolerating him back, much to the dismay of the rest of the mods. Once this URL to the MI Prison System site was posted (and since removed) there was a pretty nasty thread in General. Another mod saw it and took immediate action.

As I recall, that was the second time Samhain's legal run-ins were posted (but this time it was a different incident). The first time involved him getting arrested several times (relatively recently) in Florida (Hernando County was it?) under the same charges of child abuse and resisting arrest.

The threats came first. The posting of his record came second. If you think posting a guy's criminal record is uncalled for in a case where he threatens people, and not just myself even, you're in need of some serious help removing that head from ass.

This happened months ago, and for many of you, htis is news today.

What does that tell you.

Final point in this post: you can read the information and draw your own conclusions. Remember these little points of interest though: a. charges do not get dropped after you are sentenced.
b. sentencing occured in 2 different states at 2 different times, making him a repeat offender.
c. child abuse.

I know that for some of you eunichs, Samhain's story is endearing to you, but not to me. I'd rather wipe the site clean of shit like him. End of story.

Fuck I know lots of people with prison records, everybody makes mistakes and if you think Samhain beats his daughter, thats just fucking bullshit!!! I am a father and I have talked to Samhain many times about our kids, ect. In no way do I think Samhain would ever hurt his own child.

Samhain loves his little girl with all of his heart and would never hurt her and this is coming from me folks. I think I have a good reputation other than a few flames but I tell the truth and in no way do I think he is a child abuser!!!

Fuck, I dont know what to say here folks this is a sad situation indeed.

If this happened months ago, why the hell is this being taken care of now.

Or am I not following the flow of events properly:

He threatens you - months ago.
You post his criminal record within the last week.
He subsequently threatens you again last night.

If I got it wrong then I'm sorry but its what you're making it sound like. And if it is true, then seriously why the HELL didn't you take care of it then instead of waiting till now?
