ebay scam neo-soldier Jorge Rivera

Anyone know of Jorge Rivera ( maybe George Rivera ) also known as neo-soldier on ebay...? I won and paid for a KABUKI KLASH home cart by bidpay. The cheque was cashed nearly 2 months ago and after constant emails I have had nothing at all.... Anyone know of him...?
