ROTD serial #'s and bootlegs?

Greetings,
I purchased a brand new ROTD kit and the serial # on the cart looks like it was run with the rest of the printing plate, not stamped on after the fact. I don't want to open up the cart and risk creasing the label if it is legit so I will post my serial # below and if any of you have the same #, please post here.

ROTD Serial: 002218

NO ROTD Boots were made, and this belongs in TECH

They show a bootleg copy of it directly on the home page for <a href="http://www.arcadesolutions.com/" target="_blank">!ARCADE!</a>. Also, this post needs to be in the general section so people know if they have a boot or not. This is not a technical question I am asking.
