Apologies if this has been posted before, but I don't remember seeing it recently. I just picked up the new issue of the UK magazine GamesTM and discovered an enormous almost 10 page comprehensive spread on the history of the Neo - I've never in my life and a number of years collecting and playing the Neo (94-99 and 2002-now) seen coverage like this in a mainstream magazine.
While I'm sure all UK members know about this magazine (which is far and away the best English language games magazine since the demise of the old GameFan), US members should try to pick this up anywhere they can that imports it. In the US it's around $10 imported (nice markup from the 4 pound UK price) in larger bookstores - I picked mine up at a big Barnes & Noble here in Philly.
The issue in question is number 06, the cover is white with a graphic from R-Type Final. The actual Neo coverage is between pages 139 and 148. The articles aren't the best and Neo fans will find lots to quibble with, but it's cool as hell to see this kind of coverage. Sorry again if this has already been posted, but it was quite a shock to wander into Barnes and Noble, flip through this magazine, and randomly open up to mainstream, glossy Neo coverage!
